ParentCONNECT User Guide Parent User Instructions
ParentCONNECT Information Online Grade Reporting Website- ParentCONNECT Parents must register and show valid ID
There are a few requirements that you need to do as a parent to register for access to our online system. You can do this anytime during the school year.
Through the ParentCONNECT, the web based Internet access to students academic information, you have the capability of viewing your child's class assignments, grading information, class schedule and school attendance.
There are a few requirements that will need to be completed prior to gaining access to the ParentCONNECT website.
- A parent MUST enroll online
- A parent MUST show valid ID (driver's license, military ID, etc.) at the school before receiving logon information.

1. Open the ParentCONNECT website by entering the following web address in your browser window or click on the link below: http://paweb2.richlandone.org
2. Select the Register button to place a registration request to Richland County School District One. Be patient, the security screens will appear.
- You will be prompted with a Security Alert screen indicating the secure connection to the website.
- Select the check box: In the future, do not show this warning.
- You will be prompted again with a second Security Alert screen.
- Select the View Certificates button.
- Select to Install Certificate. This will import the certificate locally.
- Accept the defaults from each screen. (Next/Next/Finish)
3. Enter your user information at the registration form page. You must enter information in all required fields.
- It is highly recommended that you include your EMAIL address.
- Enter your child(ren)s name(s), school(s), and grade level(s) in the area provided near the bottom of the form.
- When complete, select SUBMIT.
4. You should receive a response informing you that your registration request has been submitted.
Important Note:
You MUST come to the school (main office) to present a valid ID for security reasons BEFORE you will receive your LOGON ID and PASSWORD. Once you have completed this part of the procedure, you will be notified by mail and/or email with your login information.
