Federal Impact Aid Surveys

Parents, your child will receive a yellow Federal Impact Aid Survey packet on Monday, October 27, 2014. Completing this important survey form allows our district the opportunity to receive federal funds for students and/or parents who 1) reside on federal property or low-rent house, 2) work on federal property, or 3) currently serve in the military. The yellow completed form with your signature should be returned to your child's school no later than Monday, November 10, 2014. As always, thank you for your assistance and support to provide the best education for our students.

Basketball Tryouts

Starting on Monday, November 3rd

A completed physical form dated after 4/01/14, a Richland One Health Form, and a Concussion Form must be turned in before any student is allowed to participate in tryouts.

Students that are trying out at 5:30 pm will not be allowed to remain at school during the first session of tryouts.

Attention Parents
Virus/Stomach Bug Prevention

TDAP Immunization Required for 7th Graders for 2014-2015

Current 7th graders are required to have the TDAP immunization prior to entering 7th grade. The TDAP form must be turned in to the Crayton office no later than Friday, August 29. If you have any questions or need a new form, please contact the Crayton School Nurse.
